Once your return is authorized, download and print the pre-paid UPS return shipping label provided through the portal.

Pack Your Items

Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, ensuring all original tags are attached, and include the provided packing slip.

Ship and Track

Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking number; your refund will be processed within 10-14 business days of receipt.
