What is the Boston Proper return policy?

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 60 days of the ship date for a full refund or exchange.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. We also offer Express and Next Day shipping options if you need your boutique styles sooner.

How do I find my correct size?

To ensure the perfect fit, please refer to our comprehensive Size Chart located on each product page. Our styles are designed to be true to size unless otherwise noted in the product description.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, Boston Proper ships to all 50 U.S. states, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands. We are working on expanding our reach to international fashionistas in the near future.

How can I track my package?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can also track your status by logging into your account on our website.
